Description This is a top quality, plug and play flex fuel kit. It taps into your coil pack for power and the white wire is connected to the ECM connector x1, pin #38. Use this kit to add the ability to run anywhere from straight gasoline to straight ethanol* as well as reveal the true power potential of your setup. Forced induction scenarios especially benefit from the use of ethanol, and these allow you to seamlessly switch between gasoline and ethanol without having to monitor your fuel content or reflash your tune. This kit uses: Genuine GM Flex Fuel sensor Plumbing kit made of corrosion resistant materials to ease installation Plug and Play wiring harness made with OEM connectors and terminals crimped with OEM tooling DSX Tuning 3D printed fuel line disconnect PLEASE NOTE: It is possible to install this kit without tuning, but you will not gain the ability to switch fuels until the functionality is activated via custom tuning. These will provide enough fuel volume to support ~ E30 to E50 fuel (depending on boost ramp). Some people claim that you can run E30 on the stock fuel system. However, this is a dangerous and misleading statement. We have repaired and/or replaced many engines for people who trusted that negligent advice. Although the stock fuel system can technically handle E30, you will be required to reduce boost down to the point that you won’t make any more power than you could have on pump gas. With our Stage 1 LPFP, fuel cam and alcohol content sensor you can typically run ~ E47 without issue. This is convenient mix of half pump gas and half pump E85. If you add on the AutoTech HPFP internals, you can run up to straight E85 at reasonable boost levels. With the stock or Pure Stage 2 Plus turbos turned all the way up on a Kill Tune, you should be safe somewhere in the E60 to E70 range.
